A joint venture between Lendlease and Haringey Council will turn an 11-hectare area that now comprises 300 flats and several industrial and commercial plots into a mixed-use neighbourhood with up to 2,900 homes. Other benefits of the scheme include:


• 40% affordable housing, of which at least 500 will be council homes and council rents.

• Over 3500 jobs and over 1500 training opportunities.


• New and improved community facilities such as a Library and Learning Centre.
