The proposals provide 369 build-to-rent apartments and 725 square metres of commercial/retail space, 511 square metres of community space and a variety of internal and external amenity areas.

We work closely with CJCT and Watkin Jones to assist with the design development and resulting in a proposal which received adequate daylight and sunlight amenity and also had an acceptable effect on the neighbouring properties. 

Planning permission was granted at appeal; an additional dismissal at appeal was quested through legal challenge and the redetermination appeal was upheld on the basis of the very significant planning benefits of the proposal and quality of the proposed development.

We also successfully negotiated rights of light releases with the owners of several neighbouring buildings.
