A 27-storey tower block, currently the tallest completed building in Cardiff, with a conjoined 10-storey block, with these two blocks standing above the central amenity space. The development provides 477 student beds over multiple storeys, together with communal and ancillary facilities. In addition to the main student use, there are two commercial/retail units on the ground floor level. These are separate from the student accommodation and were provided on a shell-only basis for potential occupiers. The development also provided an Alcohol Treatment Centre (ATC) and four duplex apartments.

The scheme won the Residential Category at the RICS Wales Awards, 2019.
