Verdant is a stunning new office development designed by international award-winning Fletcher Priest Architects. The building was erected in a sustained and wellness-focused design with high quality urban greening on all terraces throughout the building.

The Verdant building has an impressive low embodied carbon footprint achieved by reusing approximately 80% of the existing structure, natural ventilation and a bespoke biophilic design integrated into the architecture.
