We are pleased to announce that Rhodri Adamson has joined Consil as an Associate Director.

Rhodri brings a wealth of experience in neighbourly matters, specialising in access agreements and party wall advice for both developers and neighbours.
 
As the lead surveyor on several complex projects in central London, including Shoreditch Village, One Leadenhall, and Queen’s House, St James’ Street, Rhodri has expertise in managing intricate developments. He has advised clients such as Big Yellow Self Storage, Palmer Tabor Properties, and Stanhope PLC.
 
In addition to his work in neighbourly matters, Rhodri has extensive experience in independent project monitoring particularly on noise and vibration. Rhodri also has significant experience carrying out inspections of London’s tube and tunnel network.
 
He will be working closely with both the party wall and rights of light teams.
