ST. MARK'S SQUARE

BROMLEY

This £90m mixed-use scheme is a catalyst to transform  the southern end of Bromley Town Centre. At the heart of the development is a new residential and leisure quarter with a landscaped public square surrounded by a 130-bedroom business hotel, 200 private and affordable apartments, cinema, 25,000 sq ft of cafés and restaurants, and a 400-space underground car park.

We worked closely with the Architects, Studio Egret West and Guy Holloway, to create a scheme that complied with relevant design standards both in terms of the provision of high-quality residential apartments, but also the scheme’s impact upon the surrounding environment.  This process involved optimising the massing of the residential buildings – leading to their distinctive shape - as well as assisting in the design of the internal layouts, windows and balconies.

We also acted as party wall surveyor and negotiated construction access agreements with adjoining landowners.
